By Deepshikha Singh nnIf you have zest for life and passion towards what you do, you will ultimately succeed in achieving what you have always desired. It is not money or stature that defines a person but the ideology one holds and the commitment to travel that extra mile.nnEvery issue of National Political Mirror (NPM) has brought to you a person who has made big in his/her life through sheer determination, hard work and passion. This month we introduce to you?Aditya Vikram Jaiswal?a emerging mass leader from Jharkhand’s capital Ranchi.nnJaiswal is a prominent personality and renowned name in liquor business in the state. He was state secretary in Jharkhand Congress and is president of Empower Jharkhand, a social organisation which works for the upliftment of the underprivileged people.nnAhead of Jahrakhand assembly elections, due in November, Jaiswal?s name is doing rounds for  Ranchi Vidhan Sabha seat. He is a strong supporter of Congress MP from Ranchi Lok Sabha constituency and ex-union minister, Subodh Kant Sahay, and has been campaigning for him since 2004.nnDuring an interaction with NPM, Jaiswal appeared as a social and jovial person with a larger than life image having a strong grassroots connect.nnHe believes unless one does not think out-of-the-box, it is very difficult to leave a mark on society. Passion for work and desire to do something different has stood him apart from his counterparts eying ticket for the Ranchi segment.nnJaiswal, who is a liquor baron and an activist, keeps things simple and minimal manpower and believes in the principle of doing his own work.nnRecently, during my visit to Ranchi, I found that this young leader enjoys camaraderie with people and is acknowledged by them. People also vouched for him to represent Ranchi in Jharkhand Vidhan Sabha elections. They believe by contesting Jaiswal from Ranchi, Congress can wrest the seat, which has eluded the India?s grand old party since 1985.nn?Aditya always comes to meet people and help them out with their problems. Be it a small function or big event, he is always there for them. He helps people irrespective of their social and financial background. He has the potential to emerge as a giant killer, if the Congress decides to field him from Ranchi seat,? said Rajkishore, who runs a dairy business in the state capital.nnJaiswal, flocked by his supporters,  is working on war footing and visits four to five wards daily. He attends people of all age groups and shares their concerns and aspirations.nnFamily backgroundnnJaiswal was born to Manoranjan Jaiswal, a businessman, and his wife Jaya Jaiswal, a homemaker. He is grand son of Rai Sahib Laxminarayan, whose father late Rai Bahadur Thakur had migrated from Uttar Pradesh to Jharkhand (Ranchi).nnTaking his family’s legacy forward, he has scaled great height in business and is also dedicated towards bringing change in the lives of underprivileged children by funding their education.nn nn nn nn nn nn nn nn
