NEW DELHI (INDIA): New and Renewable Power secretary Rajeev Kapoor has been moved to Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals as secretary and has been replaced by Anand Kumar, Managing Director National Highways Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited.nnKapoor is an 1983 batch IAS officer from Uttar Pradesh cadre.
