Reshuffle of IPS officers in West Bengal

NEW DELHI: Trinamool Congress (TMC)-led Mamata Banerjee government has transferred about 15 IPS officers and posted to different places in West Bengal.nnAccordingly, Tanmay Ray Chaudhuri has been transferred as DIG, PHQ while Subrata Kumar Mitra was made CP of Barrackpore and BL Meena is DIG of Presidency Range.nnSimilarly, Rupesh Kumar has been transferred to the post of DC detective department in Kolkata Police; Joy Biswas as SP of Purulia; Priyabrata Roy as SDPO, Kalna; Sayak Das posted to Katwa; Bishop Sarkar to Khatra; Harikrishna Pai to Arambagh; Kunwar Bhushan Singh to Islampur; Amandeep to Ranaghat; Kamanasish Sen to Serampore; Pinaki Dutta to Kurseong; Dhritiman Sarkar to Rampurhat, and Praween Prakash was shifted to Jangipur.
