1984 anti-Sikh riots case: Billionaire Abhishek Verma gets threat letter on polygraph test

nnNEW DELHI: Billionaire Abhishek Verma, who is a witness in a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case against Congress leader Jagdish Tytler, has received four-page threat letter through registered post from the local post office.nn

nnVerma has been told not to proceed further with his polygraph test, according to the letter.nnThe letter which written in Hindi, threatened to blow him up with a bomb and also to eliminate his family.nnnnA Delhi court in November 2017 had directed that Verma and Tytler take a polygraph test in connection with the 1984 anti-Sikh riots case. But, the test could not take place as Congress leader reportedly refused to take the test.nnTytler who was accused of genocide of killing innocent Sikhs after the assassination of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on 31st October 1984.nn nn
