NEW DELHI (INDIA):The 1983 batch IAS officer of Assam Meghalaya cadre, Jagdish Prasad Meena has been appointed as Secretary, Ministry of Food Processing Industries.nnHe is presently serving as Secretary in the Department of Consumer Affairs.
