Odisha’s Anant Narayan Nanda is new secretary of postal department

NEW DELHI (INDIA): Senior bureaucrat Anant Narayan Nanda was appointed as the secretary of Department of Posts.He is an Indian Postal Service officer of 1982 batch.nnHe is from Odisha’s Balasore district.nnThe Appointments Committee of Cabinet has approved his appointment, an order issued by Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) said.nnHe has been appointed in place of Boyapati Venkat Sudhakar, the order said.
